Test Step 10. Test Fuel System.
1. Replace primary fuel filter
Run - Continued
(WP 0219), secondary fuel filter
(WP 0220), and third fuel filter
(WP 0224).
2. Using MSD, select C6.6 924
3. Select Status icon (Figure 17,
Item 1) and select No Start
Parameters status group
(Figure 17, Item 3).
4. Attempt to start the engine
(TM 5-3805-298-10).
Fuel Rail Pressure OK - Replace
5. Monitor and record Fuel Rail
engine assembly (WP 0178).
Pressure parameter (Figure 17,
Item 2).
Fuel Rail Pressure Less Than
3625 psi (25 MPa) - Turn ignition switch
and battery disconnect switch to the
OFF position (TM 5-3805-298-10).
Proceed to step 6.
Fuel Rail Pressure More Than
3625 psi (25 MPa) - Replace fuel
injection pump (WP 0203).
Proceed to Test Step 12.
