NOTE
Rear housing crankshaft seal assembly is not serviceable. If removed, it must be
replaced.
1. Remove eight bolts (Figure 1, Item 2) from rear housing crankshaft seal assembly (Figure 1, Item 1).
2. Remove four bolts (Figure 1, Item 3) from rear housing crankshaft seal assembly (Figure 1, Item 1).
3. Remove rear housing crankshaft seal assembly (Figure 1, Item 1) from engine block (Figure 1, Item 4). Discard
rear housing crankshaft seal assembly.
