NOTE
Do not damage edge of engine front housing when removing front crankshaft oil seal.
Note position and depth of front crankshaft oil seal before removal.
1. Install seal remover (Figure 1, Item 3) on engine front housing (Figure 1, Item 1) and thread seal remover into
front crankshaft oil seal (Figure 1, Item 2).
2. Tighten bolt (Figure 1, Item 4) and remove front crankshaft oil seal (Figure 1, Item 2) from engine front housing
(Figure 1, Item 1).
3. Remove front crankshaft oil seal (Figure 1, Item 2) from seal remover (Figure 1, Item 3). Discard front
crankshaft oil seal.
