NOTE
Install fitting as noted during removal.
1. Install two new O-rings (Figure 4, Item 4), test fittings (Figure 4, Item 6), and jam nuts (Figure 4, Item 5) on
combination tilt relief valve (Figure 4, Item 1).
2. Install three new O-rings (Figure 4, Item 2) and fittings (Figure 4, Item 3) on combination tilt relief valve
(Figure 4, Item 1).
NOTE
Install hoses and fittings as noted during removal.
Remove caps from hoses and fittings prior to installation.
3. Install new O-ring (Figure 5, Item 8), fitting (Figure 5, Item 6), and tube nut (Figure 5, Item 7) on combination tilt
relief valve (Figure 5, Item 9).
4. Install three new O-rings (Figure 5, Item 5), hoses (Figure 5, Items 3 and 10), and tube nuts (Figure 5, Item 4)
on combination tilt relief valve (Figure 5, Item 9).
5. Install combination tilt relief valve (Figure 5, Item 9), washer (Figure 5, Item 2), and bolt (Figure 5, Item 1) on
machine.
