1. Turn ignition switch to the off posi-
tion (TM 5-2420-231-10).
2. Disconnect main chassis wiring
harness connector (Figure 5,
Item 2) from starter wiring harness
connector (Figure 5, Item 3)
attached to the starter (Figure 5,
Item 1).
