REMOVAL

1. Disconnect two hoses (Figure 1, Items 4 and 5) from fittings (Figure 1, Items 2 and 3).
WARNING
Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Failure to follow this warning may result in injury or death to
personnel.
NOTE
Cylinder weighs 75 lb (34 kg).
2. With assistance, remove two retaining rings (Figure 1, Item 1), pin (Figure 1, Item 6), and cylinder (Figure 1,
Item 7) from machine.

3. Disconnect tube (Figure 2, Item 10) from fitting (Figure 2, Item 9).
4. Remove clamp (Figure 2, Item 3) and resilient mount (Figure 2, Item 8) from loader bucket cylinder
(Figure 2, Item 7).
5. Disconnect tube (Figure 2, Item 1) from fitting (Figure 2, Item 6).
NOTE
Note position of fittings to aid in installation.
6. Remove fitting (Figure 2, Item 9) and O-ring (Figure 2, Item 2) from loader bucket cylinder (Figure 2, Item 7).
Discard O-ring.
7. Loosen nut (Figure 2, Item 4) and remove fitting (Figure 2, Item 6) and O-ring (Figure 2, Item 5) from loader
bucket cylinder (Figure 2, Item 7). Discard O-ring.
