1. Remove cap from hydraulic tank (TM 5-2420-231-10).
NOTE
The procedure for backhoe swing cylinder removal and replacement is identical for left-
hand and right-hand backhoe swing cylinders. Right-hand backhoe swing cylinder is
shown in this procedure.
2. Remove clamp (Figure 1, Item 3) and resilient mount (Figure 1, Item 4) from backhoe swing cylinder
(Figure 1, Item 2).
3. Disconnect two hydraulic hoses (Figure 1, Item 1) from backhoe swing cylinders (Figure 1, Item 2).
