8. Install two plugs (Figure 8, Item 1) on hydraulic coupler (Figure 8, Item 2).

9. Install cover (Figure 9, Item 5), three washers (Figure 9, Item 4), new lockwashers (Figure 9, Item 3), and bolts
(Figure 9, Item 2) on FEL.
10. Start machine and raise FEL (TM 5-2420-231-10).
11. Remove trestle (Figure 9, Item 1) from FEL.
12. Lower FEL to ground and shut off machine (TM 5-2420-231-10).
