1. Remove two retaining rings (Figure 1, Item 3), washers (Figure 1, Item 4), pin (Figure 1, Item 2), and boom
latch (Figure 1, Item 1) from backhoe swing tower chassis (Figure 1, Item 5). Position boom latch aside.
