1. Release two locking tabs (Figure 5, Item 1) and handle (Figure 5, Item 3) from left-side panel (Figure 5, Item 2).

Note orientation of locking tab to aid in assembly.
2. Remove nut (Figure 6, Item 2), lockwasher (Figure 6, Item 3), locking tab (Figure 6, Item 1), and lockwasher
(Figure 6, Item 5) from hood lock (Figure 6, Item 4). Discard lockwashers.
