With no battery or electric load in the circuit (open
circuit), the "Delcotron" can build up high volt-
ages which could be extremely dangerous to any-
one who might accidentally touch the "Delcotron"
battery terminal. Before making tests or "on the
m a c h i n e " checks, it is prudent to make sure all
connections in the circuit are tight and secure.
