FRONT AND REAR
Remove washers (23) and gears (24) from
spider (22).
Remove gear (26) and the washer under it from
case (25).
23. Remove the lockwire and bolts (27) that hold
bevel gear (28) to case (25).
24. Fasten a hoist to case (25) and remove it from
bevel gear (28). The weight of case (25) is 27 kg
(60 lb.).
25. Use tooling (F) to remove bearing cone (29)
from case (25).
