start by:
a) remove governor pedal group
1. Remove cotter pin and washer (1) from the shaft.
2. Remove plug (2) from the base assembly.
3. Loosen bolt (4). Remove base assembly and
lever (3) from the pedal assembly.
4. Remove screw (7). Remove shaft (6) from pedal
(5).
5. Remove bearing and bushing (8) from base as-
sembly (9) with tooling (A).
