connect to chassis frame.

Multimeter should indicate 24 volts.

If multimeter indicates 24 volts, check ground wire connection
between starter relay terminal and mounting lug. Tighten connec-
tions or replace wire as necessary.
If multimeter indicates zero, check wiring connection between
n e u t r a l s t a r t s w i t c h a n d s t a r t e r r e l a y t e r m i n a l . R e p a i r o r r e -
place wiring as necessary.
