A v o i d c o n t a c t w i t h s k i n,e y e s a n d c l o t h e s a n d d o n ’ t b r e a t hevapors. Do not use near open flame or excessive heat and don’t smokew h e n u s i n g i t.F a i l u r e t o d o s o c o u l d c a u s e s e r i o u s i n j u r y . I f y o ub e c o m e d i z z y w h i l e u s i n g c l e a n i n g s o l v e n t , g e t f r e s h a i r a n d m e d i c alattention immediately. I f c o n t a c t w i t h s k i n o r c l o t h e s i s m a d e , f l u shw i t h l a r g e a m o u n t s o f w a t e r .If contact with eyes is made, wash eyeswith water and get medical aid immediately.( 1)Clean all parts using cleaningsolvent P-D-680; dry using cleancloths.( 2)Remove all traces of gasket (5)material from exhaust manifolds (3and 4) and mating surface of cylinderheads. Use clean cloth moistened withcleaning solvent P-D-680.(3)Inspect exhaust manifolds (3 and 4)for areas weakened by rust orcorrosion and cracks or breaks. Re-place as necessary. If necessary toseparate manifolds, use penetratingoil and apply completely around areawhere manifolds are joined. This willdissolve any rust to help separatemanifolds.(4)Check studs (6) located oncylinder heads for damaged orstripped threads. Clean upthreads using 3/8-16NS die. Ifthreads cannot be cleaned up,remove stud using pliers. In-stall new studs in cylinderheads until they protrude asshown.4-8
