(2) Detailed Procedure (Cont).
INSTALLATION (SHEET 1 OF 2)
(a) Lubricate new O-ring (7) using oil-soluble grease and install in oil
pump (5) port.
(b) Install same number of shims (6) on oil pump (5) as noted during remov-
al, with large hole of each shim around sleeve which extends from pump
body .
(c) Install two capscrews (3) with new washers (4) through oil pump (5) body
and shims (6).
(d) Lubricate capscrew (3) threads and washers (4) using engine oil.
