REMOVAL (SHEET 2 OF 2)
NOTE
Note location of ground cable (5) in following step to aid installation.
(6) Support oil cooler assembly, remove two capscrews (3) and washers (4),
and disconnect ground cable (5).
(7) Remove oil cooler assembly.
(8) Remove and discard two O-rings (6).
(9) Remove capscrew (7), lock washer (8), and two clips (9).
(10) Loosen clamp (10) at water pump.
(11) Disconnect and remove hose (11) from elbow (12).
(12) Remove clamp (10) from hose (11).
(13) Remove elbow (12) and bushing (13) from water pump.
(14) Loosen clamp (14) at cylinder block.
(15) Disconnect and remove hose (15) from elbow (16).
(16) Remove clamp (14) from hose (15).
(17) Remove elbow (16) from flange (19).
(18) Remove two capscrews (17), lock washers (18), flange (19), and gasket
(20). Discard gasket (20).
