(19) Tip injection pump housing upright, remove screw (47), and carefully pull
control rack (48) from housing.
(20) Remove three screws (49), clamps
(21) Remove six valve assemblies:
(a) Remove delivery valve holder
(52) using socket wrench.
(b) Remove piston (53), O-ring
(54), spring (55), and gasket
(56). Discard O-ring (54) and
gasket (56).
(c) Turn delivery valve puller
handle to screw puller onto
delivery valve (57).
(d) Turn delivery valve puller nut
clockwise using open end
wrench and remove delivery
valve (57) from puller.
(e) Push up and remove barrel
(58).
(f) Repeat steps (a) through (e)
above to remove remaining five
valve assemblies.
