Tighten screws (28) to 52to 69 lb-in.Install camshaft in fuel injection pump (page 3-159).Position key (24) in fuel injection pump camshaft.Push flyweight (23) firmly onto camshaft taper.Install lock washer (22) and round nut (21). Tighten round nut (21) to 36to 43 lb-ft using flyweight pin wrench and torque wrench.Install lever bracket (27), lock washer (26), and screw (25) on housing(30).Install low idle screw (9).Install two copper gaskets (7), nut (8), and cap nut (6).Install supplementary idle screw (4) and spring (5).Install two copper gaskets (2), nut (3), and cap nut (1).Install torque capsule (16) and nut (15) using torque capsule wrench.Hook one end of spring (19) on governor cover assembly fulcrum lever(47).Apply thin coat of sealing compound to new gasket (20) and position onhousing (30).Position governor cover assembly near housing (30).Hook free end of spring (19) onto lever bracket (27).Pull fuel injection pump control rack toward governor cover (zeroposition).3-185
