Install assembled plunger (8) and plunger

Position valve (6) on plunger spring (7)
and place O-ring (5) on valve. Position
washer (4) on O-ring (5).
Push valve (6), O-ring (5), and washer (4)
into plunger tube.

Install filter (2) and position cover (1).
Turn cover (1) using open end wrench so that cover tabs
