Position wiring harness bracket at transmission charging pump and in-
stall (page 3-275).
Tighten capscrews securing hydraulic pump to transmission charging pump
to 135 to 165 lb-ft (page 3-613).
Connect transmission control linkage to transmission control valve spool
(refer to TM 5-3805-262-20).
Connect hose to transmission control valve clutch cutout cylinder (refer
to TM 5-3805-262-20).
Connect electrical leads to neutral start switch (refer to TM 5-3805-
262-20).
Connect electrical leads to backup alarm switch (refer to TM 5-3805-
262-20).
Connect electrical lead to clutch pressure switch (refer
262-20).
Connect electrical lead to converter temperature sending
TM 5-3805-262-20).
Connect electrical lead to air pressure sender (refer to
262-20).

Connect transmission oil cooler hoses to transmission (refer to TM 5-
3805-262-20).
Install transmission oil filter and lines (refer to TM 5-3805-262-20).
Install new tie strap to secure fuel shutoff cable and accelerator cable
to wiring harness.
Install hood support (refer to TM 5-3805-262-20).
Install transport/service link in operating position (refer to TM 5-
3805-262-10).
Install engine (page 3-30).
Fill transmission with transmission oil (refer to TM 5-3805-262-20).
Adjust transmission control linkage (refer to TM 5-3805-262-20).
Start engine. Check transmission for oil leaks; tighten connections as
necessary.
