INSPECTION
NOTE
Replace parts in following steps if in-
spection indicates need for replacement.

Inspect unloader (4), cylinder head
(14), seats (18), and valve guards
(20) for cracks, breaks, pitting,
erosion, or other damage that could
cause leakage.
Inspect stops (15) and outlet port
(25) for cracks, breaks, or thread
damage.
Inspect remaining parts for cracks,
distortion, or thread damage.
Using inside micrometer, measure
distance from top of stops (15)
to sealing surface. Replace if
measurement is not between 0.125
and 0.128 inch.
Using outside micrometer, measure
length of seats (18) from top to
bottom. Replace if measurement is
not between 0.892 and 0.896 inch.
Using inside micrometer, measure
distance from bottom of seats (18)
to bottom of flange. Replace if
measurement is not between 0.720
and 0.740 inch.
