Start engine and operate at full throttle. Place and hold BUCKET control
lever in CROWD position. Read pressure gage indication. Pressure gage
shall indicate 2300 ±50 psi. Lower bucket to ground and turn off engine.
If pressure gage indication is not correct, repeat steps (7) through (9)
above. If pressure indication is correct, go to step (11) below.
Reinstall washer (5) and acorn nut (4) on control valve assembly main
pressure relief valve.
Close and lock front access door.
Turn off engine and operate hydraulic control levers several times to re-
lieve hydraulic pressure.
Disconnect pressure gage from quick disconnect coupling (1) and reinstall
cap on quick disconnect coupling.
