NOTE
In following steps, don't tighten
hand pump connections.
(a) If circuit relief valve in
clam circuit 1A is to be
checked, loosen, disconnect,
and plug hydraulic hose (l).
Connect hand pump to tube (2)
using fittings supplied in
fitting kit if necessary. Go
to step (2) below.
(b) If circuit relief valve in clam
circuit 1B is to be checked,
loosen, disconnect, and plug
hydraulic hose (3). Connect hand
pump to tube (4) using fittings
supplied in fitting kit if nec-
essary. Go to step (2) below.
(c) If circuit relief valve in
bucket circuit 2A is to be
checked, loosen fittings at
both ends of tube (5) and
remove from loader. Connect
hand pump to fitting installed
in port 2A of control valve
assembly using fittings sup-
plied in fitting kit if neces-
sary. Go to step (2) below.
(d) If circuit relief valve in
bucket circuit 2B is to be
checked, loosen fittings at
both ends of tube (6) and
remove from loader. Connect
hand pump to fitting in-
stalled in port 2b of control valve assembly using fittings supplied in
fitting kit if necessary. Go to step (2) below.
(2) Move hand pump handle in both directions until all air is expelled from
connections between hand pump and tube or control valve fitting.
(3) Tighten connections between hand pump and tube or control valve fitting.
