CONTROL LEVERS AND LINKAGES MAINTENANCE (CONT)a.b.c.d.e.f.g.h.i.Put control support with assembled parts in cab on deck with angled portionof control support toward rear of loader.Install and tighten four washers (19), capscrews (18), washers (17), lockwashers (16), and nuts (15).Put control cover (14) in position on control support. Secure using sixwashers (13), screws (12), lock washers (11), and nuts (10).If necessary,install nuts (8) and clevis (9) on ends of control rods (5thru 7).Position lift arm control link rod (5) between bellcranks and control valveassembly lift spool. If necessary, thread clevis farther on or off controlrod until clevis mounting holes are alined with associated holes in bell-crank and spool.Install clevis pins (4 and 2) and cotter pins (3 and 1) to secure lift armcontrol link rod. Don't bend cotter pins until adjustment is completed.Repeat steps e and f above to install remaining bucket tilt control linkrod (6) and clam control link rod (7).Adjust linkage (page 3-718) below.Lubricate six lubrication fittings (refer to LO 5-3805-262-12).3-716
