Do not overtighten vise when
performing following step.
Overtightening will distort
cylinder tube (16).

Put lift cylinder assembly in
vise.
b.
Remove screw (1) from cylinder
tube (16) and gland (14).
c.
Using spanner wrench, unscrew
gland (14) from cylinder tube
(16).
