INSTALLATION CONTINUED
CAUTION
Assemble pushrods with manual control lever in the neutral position and the clam lock
engaged (TM 10-2420-231-23-3).
Ensure the pushrods do not put pressure on the loader control valve when installed.
Adjust pushrod length to ensure easy installation with no pressure being applied to the
loader control valve in the neutral position.
Failure to follow this caution may result in damage to machine.
NOTE
Install linkage rods in position and orientation noted during removal.
5. Install bolt (Figure 29, Item 2), washer (Figure 29, Item 3), and nut (Figure 29, Item 1) on bellcrank bracket
(Figure 29, Item 7).
6. Install washer (Figure 29, Item 10), clevis pin (Figure 29, Item 11), and new cotter pin (Figure 29, Item 9) on
rod end (Figure 29, Item 8).
7. Install washer (Figure 29, Item 5), bolt (Figure 29, Item 6), and locknut (Figure 29, Item 4) on bellcrank bracket
(Figure 29, Item 7).
