Springs (7) pull the shoes toward camshaft (5).
Spring (9) holds the shoes and starwheel (10) to-
gether at the bottom. Spring (9) also keeps the star-
wheel from rotation. Starwheel (10) is for adjust-
ment of the emergency and parking brake.
