Wear protectivegoggles and gloves and use only in a well ventilated area. Avoid contactwith skin, eyes, and clothes and don’t breathe vapors. Failure to do socould cause serious injury.If you become dizzy while using carbonremoving compound, get fresh air and medical attention immediately. Ifcontact with skin or clothes is made, remove clothing and wash affectedskin area with large amounts of water.If eye contact is made, flushthoroughly with large amounts of water for at least 15 minutes and getmedical aid immediately.Clean all parts using carbon removing compound. Rinse with clear, clean waterand dry using clean cloths.In following step, don-t allow wire brush to contact spray hole area ofnozzle tip assembly. To do so will cause damage to nozzle tip assembly.Clean exterior of body assembly and outside diameter of nozzle tip assemblyusing brass wire brush.Remove nozzle valve from nozzle tip.Install a cleaning wire 0.0120 to 0.0125 inch diameter in a pin vise. End ofcleaning wire must extend 1/32 inch past tip of pin vise. A longer length ofwire will hit opposite wall of sac hole and break.4-82
