Avoid contactwith skin, eyes, and clothes and don’t breathe vapors. Failure to do socould cause serious injury.If you become dizzy while using carbonremoving compound, get fresh air and medical attention immediately. Ifcontact with skin or clothes is made, remove clothing and wash affectedskin area with large amounts of water. If eye contact is made, flushthoroughly with large amounts of water for at least 15 minutes and getmedical aid immediately.c. Wet nozzle tip assembly and body assembly in carbon removing compound to helpfree cap nut.d. Put a 3/8 inch open end wrench, tobe used as a holding fixture, in avise. Position body assembly inopen end wrench as shown.When performing following step, ifnozzle tip assembly moves with capnut it is being held in position incap nut. Carbon deposits betweenthese two parts will cause this.Stop loosening cap nut. To continueto loosen cap nut will cause damageto dowel pins, valve stop, and bodyassembly.e. Using a box wrench and watching nozzle tip assembly, use force to make cap nutturn a small amount. If nozzle tip assembly turns with cap nut, it is beingheld in position in cap nut.
