REMOVAL (SHEET 3 OF 3)
(4) Loosen fuel injector body retaining nut using 7/8 inch Crowsfoot wrench
with an extension and a ratchet wrench.
(5) Turn fuel injector counterclockwise and remove leak off line connecting
two fuel injectors.
(6) Turn fuel injector and pull it up to remove from cylinder head bore.
(7) Remove and discard gasket (2)
from fuel injector (l). If
gasket did not come out with
fuel injector, use a wire to
remove gasket from cylinder
head bore.
NOTE
Repeat steps (1) through (7)
above to remove remaining fuel
injectors.
