(1) Clean all parts using cleaning solvent P-D-680. Dry using compressed air.
Diesel fuel is highly combustible. Do not smoke or allow open flames or
sparks into the area. Death or severe injury may result if personnel
fail to observe this precaution. If you are burned, obtain medical aid
immediately.

Flush injector tubes (1 thru 6), leak off tubes (22, 29, and 30), and
check valve (27) using clean diesel fuel to remove all traces of cleaning
solvent P-D-680. Dry using compressed air.

Inspect injector tubes (1 thru 6) for cracks, kinks, distortion, or
thread damage.
Inspect leak off tubes (22, 29, and 30) and oil tube (34) for cracks,
kinks, or split condition.
Inspect hoses (25 and 39) for cracked, split, or frayed condition.
Inspect check valve (27) for cracks or thread damage.
Inspect all other parts for cracks, distortion, or thread damage.
