This task covers removal, disassembly, cleaning, inspection, reassembly, installa-
tion, and testing of flow control valve.
TOOLS: No. 1 Common Organizational Maintenance Tool Kit
Socket wrench set, 3/8 inch drive
Retaining ring pliers
Fixed open end wrench set
Safety glasses
Pressure gage, zero to 3000 psi
MATERIALS/PARTS: Clean cloths (Appendix C, item 1)
Cleaning solvent P-D-680 (Appendix C, item 2)
O-ring (FSCM 10988 PN 218-5002)

NOTE
PRELIMINARY PROCEDURE: Loader turned to extreme right and hoses discon-
nected from control valve (refer to TM 5-3805-262-20).

Just behind hydraulic reservoir, support flow control valve (4) and remove
two capscrews (1), nuts (2), and lock washers (3).
b.
Remove flow control valve (4) from loader.
