If fuel delivery from each cylinder is not 89 to 95 cc/1000
strokes, loosen nut on full load delivery screw. Increase or de-
crease fuel delivery by rotating screw in direction indicated.
Repeat this step to recheck fuel delivery.
Step 19. With control lever locked against no load governed speed adjustment
screw, operate fuel injection pump at 600 rpm.
Watch rack travel dial indicator and install torque capsule using
torque capsule wrench. Install torque capsule until dial indicator
indicates 0.538 to 0.542 inch total rack travel. Lock torque capsule
by tightening its nut.
Install cover plate and secure using four capscrews.
Increase fuel injection pump rpm to 700 rpm. Rack travel dial indi-
cator should decrease to 0.526 to 0.534 inch.
