Install from inside cab outward until flush with surface.If necessary, install two bushings (30) using hammer and 3-1/2 inches di-ameter rod. Install from outside cab inward until flush with surface.If necessary, install two bushings (29) in lift arm (26) using hammer and3-1/4 inches diameter rod. Install until flush with surface.If necessary, install two bushings (28) in lift arm (26) using hammer and2-3/4 inches diameter rod. Install until flush with surface.If necessary, install four bushings (27) in lift arm (26) using hammerand 2-3/8 inches diameter rod. Install until flush with surface.If necessary, install four bushings (15) in links (13) using hammer and2-3/8 inches diameter rod. Install until flush with surface.Attach chain hoist to bellcrank assembly (24) and position on lift arm(26).Aline holes in bellcrank assembly (24) and lift arm (26). Start pin (23)into its hole using hammer. Be sure capscrew hole in pin is alined withassociated hole in bellcrank assembly. Install two shims (25) on eachside of lift arm. Continue driving pin into its hole until capscrew holesin bellcrank assembly and lift arm are alined.Install capscrew (22) and new lock nut (21). Tighten lock nut securely.Install lubrication fitting (20) in pin (23).Carefully lower bellcrank assembly (24) until it is resting on lift armwith stop block (18) mounting area upward. Disconnect chain hoist frombellcrank assembly.Put three shims (19) and stop block (18) in position on bellcrank assem-bly (24). Secure using two lock washers (17) and socket head screws (16).Repeat steps (7) through (12) above to install remaining bellcrank assem-bly (24).3-770
