LiftCylinderAssembliesPivotShaft(Cont).INSTALLATION(1)(2)(3)(4)(5)(6)(7)(8)If bushings were removed, use 3-1/2 inches diameter sleeve to drive newbushings into bores until flush with outside surface of front chassis.Have assistant aline end of pivot shaft with bushing at one side of frontchassis. Use hammer to drive pivot shaft into bushing, through frontchassis, and through bushing at other end of chassis while assistant sup-ports pivot shaft.Use machinist-s rule to measure pivot shaft protrusion at each end offront chassis.Use hammer to center pivot shaft.Repeat steps (3) and (4) above until pivot shaft is centered.Install lift cylinder assemblies (refer to TM 5-3805-262-20).Install loader bottom steps (page 3-578).Lubricate pivot shaft (refer to LO 5-3805-262-12).3-780
