If bushings were removed, use 3 inches diameter sleeve to drive new bush-
ings into bores until flush with outside surface of front chassis tube.
Have assistant aline end of pivot shaft with bushing at one side of front
chassis. Use hammer to drive pivot shaft into bushing, through front
chassis tube, and through bushing at other end of chassis while assistant
supports pivot shaft.
Use machinist's rule to measure pivot shaft protrusion at each end of
front chassis.
Use hammer to center pivot shaft.
Repeat steps (3) and (4) above until pivot shaft is centered.
Install tilt cylinder assemblies and front flood lights (refer to TM 5-
3805-262-20).
Lubricate pivot shaft (refer to LO 5-3805-262-12).
