INSTALLATIION (SHEET 1 OF 2) NOTE Before you install cylinder sleeve (1), be sure cylinder sleeve (1) flanges and cylinder block bores are free of dirt. Improper seating of cylinder sleeve (1) due to presence of dirt may result in coolant leaks or distortion. NOTE Do not install O-rings (2) on cylinder sleeve (1) when performing steps (1) through (3) below. (1) Using only the palms of your hands, push cylinder sleeve (1) into cylinder block. (2) Install clamping disk, ball, and clamp bar. Tighten cap- screws to 50 lb-ft. LEGEND 1. Cylinder sleeve 2. O-rings (3) 4-10
