REASSEMBLY (SHEET 1 OF 2)
Use sliding motion
installing inserts
when
(10).
Do not press on center of
insert.

Slide two inserts (10) into
connecting rod (2) and its
cap; be sure insert lock is
alined with connecting rod
(2) lock and cap lock.
NOTE
When performing following step, be sure numbered side of connecting rod
(2) is at stamped arrow side of piston (3).

Assemble piston (3) to connecting rod
(2) and push piston pin (8) through
piston (3) bore and bushing (9) bore.
Install two piston pin retaining
rings (7) using retaining ring
pliers.
Install three washers and cap-
screws in cylinder block to hold
cylinder sleeves in position.
