Checking Charge Pressure/Flow

WARN I N G
For the following test, machine must be rased up on supports until tires/tracks are off
i
ground.
Perform all checks from side of machine.
Failure to follow this warning may result in injuryor death to personnel.
1. If hydraulic oil is not at operating temperature:
a. Start engine. Run at full throttle and hold implement joystick in rollback position for 30 seconds
(TM 5-3805-292-10).
b. Return implement joystick to neutral for 15 seconds.
c.
Repeat steps a and b until temperature of oil is at least 125F (52C).
d. Shut down engine (TM 5-3805-292-10)
2. Tilt ROPS (WP 0134).
3. Using fittings shown, connect 600 psi (41.3 bar) gauge to test port.
4. Discard O-ring on plug in test port.
