Mechanically Centering Pilot Servo Piston

WARN I N G
For the following test, machine must be raised up on supports until tires/tracks are off
ground.
Perform all checks from side ofmachine. Keep personnel and objects clear of tracks and
tires.
Failure to follow this warning may result in injuryor death to personnel.
1. If hydraulic oil is not at operating temperature:
a. Start engine. Run at full throttle and hold implement joystick in rollback position for 30 seconds
(TM 5-3805-292-10).
b. Return implement joystick to neutral for 15 seconds.
c.
Repeat steps a and b until temperature of oil is at least 125F (52C).
d. Shut down engine (TM 5-3805-292-10).
2. Tilt ROPS (WP 0134).
3. For right hand side track, disconnect and cap two pilot lines (Figure 20, Item 2).
4. Connect jumper hose to two ports (Figure 20, Item 1).
