1. Remove terminal lock (Figure 13, Item 1) from connector body (Figure 13, Item 2).
2. Slide shell (Figure 13, Item 7) backward on wiring harness (Figure 13, Item 8) to expose seal
(Figure 13, Item 6).
3. Slide seal (Figure 13, Item 6) backward and out of connector body (Figure 13, Item 3).
NOTE
One terminal shown. Repeat steps for other terminals.
4. Tag and mark all terminals to aid installation. Remove terminal (Figure 13, Item 4) from connector body
(Figure 13, Item 3).
5. Inspect terminal for corrosion, bent, or elongated opening. Remove terminal (Figure 13, Item 4) from wire
(Figure 13, Item 5) by cutting through wire just behind terminal if condition is found.
