NOTE
Do not install bracket link or pin back onto counterweight removal tool until told to do so in
procedure.
9. Remove one nut (Figure 8, Item 7), two washers (Figure 8, Item 8), bolt (Figure 8, Item 2) and bracket link
(Figure 8, Item 3) from counterweight removal tool (Figure 8, Item 6).
10. Remove one pin (Figure 8, Item 4) from same side of counterweight removal tool (Figure 8, Item 6) and slide
counterweight removal tool from side counterweight (Figure 8, Item 1).
11. Repeat steps for other side of machine.
12. Secure side counterweights (Figure 8, Item 1) to shipping pallet.
