1. Remove intake air temperature sensor (Figure 6, Item 1) and O-ring (Figure 6, Item 2) from inlet manifold
(Figure 6, Item 9). Discard O-ring.
2. Remove air pressure sensor (Figure 6, Item 7) and O-ring (Figure 6, Item 8) from inlet manifold (Figure 6,
Item 9). Discard O-ring.
3. Remove four bolts (Figure 6, Item 5), air inlet elbow (Figure 6, Item 3), and gasket (Figure 6, Item 6) from inlet
manifold (Figure 6, Item 9). Discard gasket.
4. Remove fitting (Figure 6, Item 4) from air inlet elbow (Figure 6, Item 3).

Clean and inspect all components IAW Mechanical General Maintenance Instructions (WP 0172).

1. Apply pipe thread sealant to fitting (Figure 6, Item 4) threads.
2. Install fitting (Figure 6, Item 4) on air inlet elbow (Figure 6, Item 3).
3. Install new gasket (Figure 6, Item 6), air inlet elbow (Figure 6, Item 3), and four bolts (Figure 6, Item 5) on inlet
manifold (Figure 6, Item 9).
4. Install new O-ring (Figure 6, Item 8) and air pressure sensor (Figure 6, Item 7) on inlet manifold (Figure 6,
Item 9).
5. Install new O-ring (Figure 6, Item 2) and intake air temperature sensor (Figure 6, Item 1) on inlet manifold
(Figure 6, Item 9).
