REMOVAL CONTINUED
17. Remove hydraulic temperature sensor (Figure 9, Item 14) and O-ring (Figure 9, Item 13) from hydraulic tank
(Figure 9, Item 7). Discard O-ring.
18. Remove two nuts (Figure 9, Item 8), washers (Figure 9, Item 9), bolts (Figure 9, Item 10), washers
(Figure 9, Item 11) and large washers (Figure 9, Item 12) from hydraulic tank (Figure 9, Item 7).
19. Remove two nuts (Figure 9, Item 5), washers (Figure 9, Item 4), large washers (Figure 9, Item 3), bolts
(Figure 9, Item 1) and washers (Figure 9, Item 2) from hydraulic tank (Figure 9, Item 7).
WARNING
Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Failure to follow this warning may result in injury or death to
personnel.
NOTE
Hydraulic tank weighs approximately 170 lb (77 kg).
20. Install lifting device on two bracket links (Figure 9, Item 6).
21. Using lifting device remove hydraulic tank (Figure 9, Item 7) from machine. Place hydraulic tank on flat surface.
22. Remove lifting device from two bracket links (Figure 9, Item 6).
