(13) Remove cone and rollers (10) from
case (15) using puller.
NOTE
Do not perform step (14) and step
(15) below unless inspection in-
dicates ring gear (16) requires
replacement.
Replace differential carrier pinion
(23) (page 4-220) if ring gear (16)
is replaced. They are a matched set.
(14) Remove 12 capscrews (12), nuts (13), and washers (14). Discard capscrews
and nuts.
(15) Press case (15) from ring gear (16) using hydraulic press.
