Install two bushings (66), new retainer (65), and install new threaded
ring (64) using ring wrench. Tighten threaded ring to 21 lb-ft, then ream
new control rack bushings using bushing reamer. Remove all metal chips
generated by reaming operation.
(4) Install and tighten cap nut (63). Apply thread sealant to threads of plug
(62) and install using plug tool.

Install seal protection sleeve on end of camshaft to protect end plate
(61) oil seal. Press end plate onto notched end of camshaft, then remove
seal protection sleeve from camshaft.
(6) Slide new gasket (60) over camshaft and position on end plate (61).
(7) Install key (59) in camshaft keyway.
