(15) If not already installed, apply
thread sealant to threads of plug
(28). Install plug (28) using plug
tool and open end wrench, then
tighten plug to 44 to 50 lb-ft.
(16) Install end plate with camshaft
and bearings as an assembly:
(a) Remove housing from swiveling
vise and position on bench with
drive end upwards.
(b) If not already done, apply Moly-
kote paste to intermediate bear-
ing and install on camshaft.
