2. Remove cap (Figure 12, Item 1) from fitting (Figure 12, Item 2).

1. Turn T-handle (Figure 13, Item 2) on gauge (Figure 13, Item 5) fully counterclockwise.
2. Connect gauge (Figure 13, Item 5) to inlet fitting (Figure 13, Item 4).
3. Turn T-handle (Figure 13, Item 2) fully clockwise and read gauge (Figure 13, Item 5). This is the test pressure.
Pressure should be 190 - 210 psi (1,310 - 1,448 kPa). If overcharged, slowly open bleeder screw (Figure 13,
item 1) and discharge nitrogen to correct level.

Slowly open bleeder screw (Figure 13, Item 1) and discharge nitrogen until gauge (Figure 13, Item 5) reads zero.
