NITROGEN DISCHARGING/CHARGING CONTINUED

1. Remove cap (Figure 13, Item 3) and connect hose (Figure 14, Item 2) to gauge (Figure 14, Item 6) and nitro-
gen bottle (Figure 14, Item 4).
2. Open pressure regulator valve (Figure 14, Item 3) on nitrogen bottle (Figure 14, Item 4).
3. When gauge (Figure 14, Item 6) reads 190-210 psi (1310-1448 kPa), close pressure regulator valve (Figure
14, Item 3) on nitrogen bottle (Figure 14, Item 4).
4. If hammer (Figure 14, Item 5) is overcharged, slowly open bleeder screw (Figure 13, Item 1) and release nitro-
gen until gauge (Figure 14, Item 6) reads in proper range specified in previous step.
5. Turn T-handle (Figure 14, Item 1) fully counterclockwise.

6. Disconnect hose (Figure 14, Item 2) and install cap (Figure 13, Item 3).
7. Disconnect gauge (Figure 14, Item 6) from fitting (Figure 13, Item 4).
